Looking to keep your living space small and simple?
Living in a studio apartment is great for people who don’t need a lot of “stuff”. Since your kitchen, living room and bedroom are in such close quarters, this kind of unit is perfect if you don’t plan on filling every inch of space with things. There are of course a few other perks to living in one of our studios that you might not have thought of right away too:First off, there’s less space to clean! Yes, this is somewhat of a blessing in disguise. It will take you minimal time to clean up your condo which leaves more time for the things you want to do (aka. meditating on our yoga deck or catching a flick in our movie theatre).
Second, you’ll get out more. Sometimes you can go a little stir crazy by hanging out in the same spot all the time, so getting out and exploring the neighbourhood is a great vice. Of course, lucky for you, Yonge and Eglinton is one of the best places in the city to hang out in a coffee shop, go shopping, or go on a walk in the park.
Also, if you’re already someone who doesn’t spend a lot of time at home, buying one of our studios will give you the necessary space you need to survive while you spend your days out and about.
Third, in this unit you’ll have access to the terrace on the second floor or have a balcony from the third to the eighth floor. This is awesome because it will make the space seem bigger and will also give you a bit of an escape from the indoors. A luxury not found in many studios! Lucky you.
Last but not least, if you’re not a fan of having all your spaces merged into one, you have the option of installing a wall between your bedroom and the living/dining space. So, your studio essential turns into somewhat of a one bedroom.
At 395 square feet, this unit is perfect for someone living alone who finds all of the sweet perks we listed above appealing to their lifestyle. You’ll have a washer and dryer in the unit, a great kitchen, outdoor access and still enough space to have a nice, big flatscreen T.V. to catch a Leafs game or that week’s episode of The Bachelor. What more could you ask for?
